Porta Potties · Dumpsters · Storage Containers — Levittown, Bristol & Fairless Hills, Bucks County
Porta Potty, Dumpster & Storage Container Rental in Levittown, Bristol & Fairless Hills
Lower Bucks along the Delaware is the suburb that was built all at once. Levittown's sections went up between 1952 and 1958, Fairless Hills alongside them for the steel mill's workers, and seventy years later those small houses on curving streets are being expanded, re-roofed and rebuilt one at a time, often by a second or third generation of the same family. Bristol Borough is the older river town at the southern end, with rowhome blocks and a Mill Street downtown that has come back; Falls and Middletown Townships hold the industrial land, the shopping corridors and the newer subdivisions. We deliver porta potties, roll-off dumpsters and storage containers across all of it, on one quote and one invoice, with the box sized for a Levittown driveway and placed where each municipality allows.

Where We Work in Lower Bucks
The Levittown Sections
Forty-one sections across Bristol, Falls, Middletown and Tullytown, with the original Levittowner, Jubilee, Rancher and Country Clubber houses being added onto and rebuilt. Most lots have a driveway, and a 10 or 20 yard box fits it with room for the family car once the dates are planned.
Bristol Borough & the Riverfront
The river town: Mill Street's storefronts and restaurants, the waterfront park and the rowhome blocks behind, where a rehab means a box in the street under the borough's rules and a porta potty on the sidewalk or inside the shell.
Fairless Hills & Falls Township
The mill-era neighborhoods, the Oxford Valley shopping corridor, and the industrial land along the river where the steel works stood, now warehouses, a port and energy sites with truck courts that take a 40 yard box and a 48 foot container without a thought.
Middletown, Langhorne & Oxford Valley
The mall, the office buildings and medical campuses along Route 1, Langhorne's borough blocks and Middletown's postwar and newer subdivisions, with lot placements on a property manager's schedule and driveway jobs on the residential streets.
Croydon & Bristol Township
Bungalow streets with driveways, the Route 13 corridor of shops and small industry, and the township's own rules for its own streets, separate from the borough that shares its name.
The Work That Keeps Lower Bucks Busy
Expanding the Levittown House
A second floor on a Rancher, a family room off the back of a Levittowner, a kitchen and bath that haven't been touched since the 1970s. A 20 yard box in the driveway timed to the demolition, a porta potty in the side yard, and a 10 foot container for the tools and the cabinets.
Borough Rehabs
Bristol Borough and Langhorne Borough are renovating their older blocks house by house. A 20 yard box at the curb under the borough permit, a unit for the crew, and a schedule that gets the box off the block the day it's full.
Industrial & Commercial
The riverfront industrial sites, the Route 13 and Route 1 corridors and the Oxford Valley district, with roof replacements across acres of membrane, tenant conversions and retail turnovers on a facility manager's clock.
Six Municipalities, Six Rule Books
Levittown isn't a municipality. It's a postal name spread across four townships and a borough, which means the rules for a box depend on which section you're in: Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown Township and Tullytown Borough each run their own code for their own streets, and Bristol Borough and Langhorne Borough run theirs. Bristol Township's municipal waste ordinance requires everyone storing, collecting or hauling waste in the township to follow the county plan and the state's municipal waste regulations, and Bristol Borough's waste collection ordinance requires any hauler working in the borough to hold the state's Act 90 authorization; those are rules on the hauler, and they're settled before a box crosses into either. Bristol Borough also issues its own street permits through the Borough Engineer for any work in its streets, with state highways excepted. For a box in a township or borough street, the answer is that municipality's office, and we'll tell you which one your address falls under. Most Levittown and Fairless Hills jobs never get there, because the driveway is the placement and nothing on your own lot needs a street permit from any of them. Route 13, Route 1, Bristol Pike, New Falls Road, Oxford Valley Road and the other state routes are PennDOT's, so nothing sits in their right-of-way under any local permit. See Dumpster Rental in Philadelphia for sizes, and add a porta potty and a storage container on the same quote.
The Levittown Driveway
The houses were built with a carport or a one-car driveway on a lot around 70 feet wide, and the driveway is the whole placement plan for a renovation here. It's straight, which a roll-off truck likes, and it's short, which the truck doesn't: a 20 yard box is about 22 feet long and takes the length of most Levittown drives, leaving the family car on the street for the duration. That's why the dates matter more here than the permit. We set the box the morning the demolition starts, size it so one fill covers the phase, and pull it the day it's full so the driveway comes back fast. A 10 yard box fits with the car beside it on the wider drives and is the right size for a bathroom gut or a single-layer roof tear-off anyway.
The side yard is the porta potty's spot, between the house and the fence, out of the neighbors' sight line and reachable by the service truck's hose from the street. On the sections with no sidewalks, the unit stays off the lawn edge where the mail truck swings in.
A container on a Levittown lot is a 10 foot box in the driveway beside the dumpster when the drive is wide enough, or in the side yard across the grass in dry weather with plywood under it. A 20 foot box is usually more than the lot can hold; the garage, where there is one, does the rest.
Bristol Borough: A River Town's Blocks
Bristol Borough is the oldest town in the county, with rowhomes and twins along Mill Street, Radcliffe Street and the blocks behind them, a waterfront park where the river events happen, and a downtown that filled back up with restaurants and shops over the last decade. The work is rehabs and conversions on blocks with on-street parking and no driveways, which puts the dumpster in a parking space under the borough's rules and the porta potty on the sidewalk or inside the shell once the first floor is open. A 10 or 20 yard box fits a space; a 30 doesn't. The borough's Engineer issues the permits for its streets, and a box in a Bristol Borough street is a borough question, separate from Bristol Township's rules a few blocks away.
The waterfront calendar brings the borough's event work: the summer concerts and festivals in the park, the holiday events on Mill Street, the runs along the river. Those need units in clusters with an accessible unit in each on a path a wheelchair can use, hand wash stations by the food, and a pickup the morning after; a long day adds a mid-day service. The organizer handles the borough's event approvals; we handle the units and the cleanup box.
The Riverfront Industrial Sites and Oxford Valley
The land where the steel works stood along the Delaware in Falls Township is now one of the region's industrial districts: warehouses, a port, energy and recycling sites, with truck courts, gates that open before dawn and facility managers who set the hours. The work is roof replacements across acres, racking installs, tenant conversions and the occasional teardown, which means a 40 yard box on a swap schedule, a 48 foot container as the laydown yard, and units for the roofing or racking crew near the trailer with a hand wash station beside them. We deliver and swap at the hours the facility sets, usually first thing, and stage the box where the tenant's trucks won't have to steer around it. Our Bensalem & Lower Bucks page covers the same kind of site along the turnpike; the approach is identical here.
Oxford Valley is the other commercial pole: the mall, the shopping centers and the office and medical buildings along Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road, with retail turnovers over a weekend, a short box behind the building and a container in the lot for fixtures arriving ahead of the floor. Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road are state roads, so the lot behind the building is the only placement, and the property manager's rules decide where in it.

Levittown, Bristol & Fairless Hills FAQ
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Levittown?
On your own driveway or lot, no street permit applies in any of the municipalities Levittown spans. In the street, the answer depends on which one your section is in: Bristol, Falls or Middletown Township, or Tullytown Borough, each with its own office. Tell us the address and we'll say which.
Will a dumpster fit in a Levittown driveway?
A 20 yard box takes the length of most of them, so the car goes on the street for the duration; a 10 yard box fits beside the car on the wider drives. We time delivery to the demolition and pull the box the day it's full so the driveway comes back fast.
Is Bristol Borough the same as Bristol Township?
No. The borough is the river town around Mill Street with its own council, code and street permits through the Borough Engineer; the township surrounds it with its own rules, and Croydon and much of Levittown are in the township.
Do you deliver to the riverfront industrial sites?
Yes. We set 40 yard boxes and 48 foot containers in the truck court on the facility's hours, swap on a plan for roofing and conversion jobs, and bring units for the crew with a hand wash station beside them.
