USA Venture Group LLC, doing business as Philly Portables ("we," "us" or "our"), operates phillyportables.com (the "Site") and provides portable restroom, roll-off dumpster, storage container and related rental services in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote on the Site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, what it's for, the location or address, dates or rental length, the number of people or units, and any other details you choose to include. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

Information about your rental. If you rent from us, we keep the records needed to deliver, service and pick up your units and to bill for them, such as site addresses, placement notes, service schedules, contact people, estimates and invoices. When you pay online, your card or bank details are entered on a form served by Stripe, our payment processor, and go directly to Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last four digits, never your full card number. Stripe's handling of that information is described in its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time. These server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the Site running.

How you found us. When you request a quote, we also record how your visit started, such as the search engine, website or ad that sent you and the first page you viewed, along with the page you sent the request from. This is kept in your browser only for that visit, is sent to us only with your quote request, and helps us understand which pages are useful. It is not used to track you across other websites.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, provided by Google LLC. They use cookies and similar technology to record how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general location and type of device), and whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a quote request, a tap on our phone number or a download. We use this to see which pages and ads are useful and to decide where to spend our advertising budget.

We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address, street address or the details of your quote request. Google may use the cookies it sets to show you our ads on other websites and to measure those ads, according to Google's own privacy policy. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If we add a video to the Site, it is embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which is designed not to store information about you unless you play the video.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your quote request and answer your questions;
• schedule and perform delivery, servicing, pumping and pickup;
• send confirmations, service updates and invoices;
• handle emergencies and after-hours calls you make to our 24/7 line;
• keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• protect the Site, our business and our customers against fraud, abuse and security problems; and
• improve our services and the Site.

We contact you about your request or rental. We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share what you tell us in a quote request, call or email for advertising. We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf, currently Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of the emails the Site sends), Stripe (payments, estimates and invoices) and Google (analytics and ad measurement, as described above), plus our email, phone and accounting providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• People involved in your rental, such as a site contact, event planner or general contractor you name, when needed to deliver or service units.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and rental and billing records for as long as needed for the rental and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How We Protect Information

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don't send sensitive information such as payment card or bank details through the quote form or by email.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@phillyportables.com or calling . We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, where the law requires it, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, such as maps, review sites or social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
